Thoroughly refurbished to provide cosy luxurious accommodation with a lovely private patio to the rear for al fresco dining and experiencing some special sunsets over the sea. The village inn, an excellent country house restaurant and a country woodland park are within a few minutes walk plus a sandy beach at Dinas Dinlle (2mls) and Snowdon / Llanberis (12 mls). Lots to do in the area from visiting Wetland reserves, climbing mountians, walking on the beach, visiting Caernarfon Castle (6ml) the list is endless and various.

The property was converted in 2009 to current building regulations standard. It is a two storey, two bedroomed property, providing a modern and high standard of accommodation, in pleasant surroundings. Approach is from a shared private tarmac driveway leading on to a gravelled parking area and slate path to front door (no step).
Off the hallway there is a luxury shower room, spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Off the kitchen there are two external doors (both down one step). One leads to a patio overlooking private fields and woodland owned by the owner and accessible to guests to wander at their own risk.
