This is a very comfortable bungalow in a select residential area on the outskirts of the harbour town of Porthmadog . Very comfortably prepared and furnished with fitted carpets throughout. There is a spacious lounge diner, fully fitted kitchen and decent sized bedrooms. It is a short walk or drive to the town's shops and restaurants, cinema, leisure centre and main line railway station and the delightful harbour. Within a short drive are the sandy beaches at Borth y Gest (1ml) and Morfa Bychan (2ml). Portmeirion beautiful'Italianate' village is just 2mls, Cricieth town, castle, shops and good restaurants is 5 miles along the coast and Beddgelert mountain village and the magnificent Snowdonia mountains is 7mls. Steam train rides on the Ffestiniog Railway from Porthmadog are always a treat. Larger trains will take you down the beautiful Cambrian Coastline and even on to Shrewsbury, Birmingham and beyond. This area is very popular because there are plenty of attractions nearby, the sandy beaches are gorgeous and the mountain scenery is spell binding. This is a good central location for a holiday bungalow in North Wales .
2 BEDROOMS: 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with a 4' double and single bed. Only Bed linen provided. Please bring your own towels & tea towels.
BATHROOM: Bath and shower over the bath plus a separate WC.
KITCHEN: Modern fitted kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher.
GARAGE: Automatic washer & tumble dryer.
LOUNGE/DINER: Living flame gas fire, DVD, CD player and colour high definition TV with digital freesat.
GARDEN: Large enclosed patio to the rear with seating and some mountain views. Open plan front garden.

EXTRA: No smoking. £50 returnable bond required for bookings with pets.
