Access Statement The Old Custom House is a three story end of terrace stone building.
The approach is from a major road with a apavement, and small gate. There is a small front garden which has a slate path to the front door, with double garden seat. There is a self contained Studio Flat on the ground floor, which consists of a large bed sitting room with colour TV with remote control, Freeview and VCR.
There is also a fully fitted kitchen diner, where all electric socketss are at worktop level. a bathroom which has grab handles in the bath and shower. There is also a washer/dryer down two steps by the back door.
On the next two florrs there are two bathrooms with grab ahndles, and a lavatory on it's own with hand washing facilities. There are two double rooms with King size beds, bed lights, radio alarms and colour TV with freeview. There are three single rooms these have bedside lights and radio alarms.
