Porthmadog harbour town is 2mls to a variety of shops and restaurants, Ffestiniog Railway steam trains, Maritime museum and salt marshes for bird watching. Portmeirion village, Harlech castle and the Snowdonia mountain resort at Beddgelert are within a 10 - 30 minute drive through unrivalled scenery. Sailing at Abersoch , visiting Bardsey Island nature reserve and Surfing at Hell's Mouth(!) is equally on the cards from this central location.
3 BEDROOMS: 1 super king 6' bed, 1Kingsize, 1 4' Single + 3' Single. Bed linen provided. Please bring your own towels & tea towels.
BATHROOM: Bathroom/wc - corner bath without handrails (see photo). Wetroom/wc with 'Groher' body shower. Separate wc (d/strs).

We strongly recommend that you take our cancellation protection (See Terms & Conditions ), this has already been selected for you when you book. NO SMOKING: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A NO SMOKING Policy may form part of a Property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
