Excellent choice of beaches at Borth y Gest (1ml) or Black Rock Sands (2ml). Potmeirion village (2ml), Harlech castle (9ml), Snowdon mountain (7ml) and Cricieth town and castle (5ml) are amongst many favourite places to visit whilst on holiday in Porthmadog .

Accommodation consists of open planstyle living/dining area and kitchen, one double and one twin bedrooms plus bathroom with shower over bath Underfloor heating throughout and furnished to a very high standard and could achieve 5***** grade if the missing Star qualifiers could be provided. Excellent white goods installed but as the kitchen is fairly compact there is no room for freezer or dishwasher."

As this apartment is all on the ground floor all rooms are easily accessible for older people, those with mobility problems, and for families with young children. Parking ins in a gated courtyeard close to the front door, and there are also two other French doors. One of those opens onto the parking area.
The gate to the courtyard is operated by an electronice key fob and wheelchair access to the courtyard is also via this gate. There is separate pedestrian access to the apartment. One is open and level but not ideal for wheelchairs as the surface is gravel.
From the apartment such attractions as the Harbour, the FFestiniog Station and the main shopping street are just a few metres away.
