"1163 is a ground floor courtyard apartment in prestigious "Oakleys" development close to the harbour and high street in Porthmadog. Accommodation consists of open planstyle living/dining area and kitchen, one double and one twin bedrooms plus bathroom with shower over bath Underfloor heating throughout and furnished to a very high standard and could achieve 5***** grade if the missing Star qualifiers could be provided. Excellent white goods installed but as the kitchen is fairly compact there is no room for freezer or dishwasher."

MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
