Centrally located in the heart of Snowdonia National Park, this spacious terrace cottage offers a comfortable stay for a family get away! Located 3mls from the harbour town of Porthmadog it is a very comfortably prepared cottage . The property offers spacious rooms, open fire and direct access to the amenities of the small town of Penrhyndeudraeth which includes 2 Inns, a Deli, a Spar, a Chinese takeaway, Indian takeaway, a Beauty Salon, hobby & other typical village shops. This property is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the wonders of Snowdonia . The beautiful italianate village of Portmeirionis just on the doorstep with wonderful estuary and mountains views to enjoy from this quaint little village. Porthmadog (3ml) caters well for tourists with steam train rides, boat trips, museums and leisure centre. The beach at Black Rock Sands is great (big and fun). The 3 mile stretch of golden sand has sand dunes where it is possible to drive onto the beach and park where you like.  Beddgelert (8ml) is at the foot of Snowdon, a pretty village where two majestic rivers meet and there are plenty of walks to be had either on the flat along the river or up high onto the mountains. Criccieth is just 8mls down the coast if you wish to vist the castle and discover Cadwaladr's icecream! Harlech (6 mls) With its long sandy beaches and majestic Castle offers visitor's some fine Restaurants, Inns, Anitque shops, typical village shops and an art gallery.  This is a fine location for enjoying both the coast and the Mountains of Snowdonia.

"A terraced property in the centre of the village, convenient for the shops and eating establishments. All areas are well maintained with 2 lounges on the ground floor, one with an open fire. Kitchen is well equipped with a range of modern units and appliances. The bedrooms are in good working order. Family shower room which has a new cubicle and heated towel rail. Rear garden with patio furniture. A comfortable family house with excellent standards of housekeeping throughout." (February 2012)
