A delightful, semi detached, white-washed stone cottage in a select area near the beach at Morfa Bychan , 2ml from the harbour town of Porthmadog. Carefully prepared with colour coordinated rooms in greens and lilac; there has been much attention to detail in this extremely comfortable house, which has full double glazing and gas central heating. There is a lovely ground floor double bedroom, with en-suite shower room, with French Doors that open to the garden. The spacious grounds have a private patio and a nice side lawn with views of Moel y Gest Mountain. The 3 mile stretch of beach and dunes at Black Rock Sands and Samson's Bay beached are within 10mins easy walk (along a footpath), as is the 18 hole golf course. The village has a shop/PO and pub. Porthmadogtown is of modest size but full of interesting shops, museums and eating places. It is also the terminus of the Little Ffestiniog Railway, offering scenic steam train rides up the valley into the mountains of Snowdonia. This is a good central location for a holiday cottage in North Wales. Arrival from 2pm please.

3 BEDROOMS:   One on the ground floor with double bed including a wall mounted flat screen TV and en-suite shower room and WC, 1 upstairs with a double bed (compact around the bed) and one with bunk beds. Bed linen and Towels are included.
BATHROOM: P shaped bath with shower over the bath, hwb and WC.
KITCHEN: Modern, fitted kitchen/breakfast bar with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a tumble drier in the adjacent garden shed.
LOUNGE/DINER: Attractive lounge/diner with multifuel stove in feature fire place, TV, DVD and CD player. French doors to patio. 
GARDEN: Private enclosed gardens with a patio area and lawned area, both with furniture. The pictures show a gap in the wall- There is a gate there now.
PARKING: Ample parking to front (25' from the door).
HEATING: Gas central heating inclusive.
ELECTRICITY : Inclusive. 
WiFi: No (many cafe's & pubs in Porthmadog have wifi)
FUEL FOR MULTIFUEL STOVE: This is not included but is available from the local shop.

A single £27 Booking Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the price shown. Bookings for 2 weeks will be eligible for a £27 Multiweek Saving. Please claim this in the 'Additional information' box that appears during the booking process and we will adjust the total before deducting the money from your card. We strongly recommend that you take our cancellation protection (See Terms & Conditions ), this has already been selected for you when you book. Simply deselect them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover. Pet Charge £20

NO SMOKING: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A NO SMOKING Policy may form part of a Property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
