A carefully prepared semi detached, white-washed stone cottage in a select area near the beach at Morfa Bychan, 2ml from the harbour town of Porthmadog next door to our ref 1096. There has been much attention to detail in this extremely comfortable semi detached cottage with calm pastel decoration throughout. It has full double glazing and gas central heating and there is an enclosed garden which includes a back garden for the morning sun and a front garden for the evening sun. and views of Moel y Gest Mountain. The 3 mile stretch of beach and dunes at Black Rock Sands and Samson's Bay beaches are within 10mins easy walk (along a footpath), as is the 18 hole golf course. The village has a shop/PO and pub. Porthmadog town is of modest size but full of interesting shops, museums and eating places. It is also the terminus of the Little Ffestiniog Railway, offering scenic steam train rides up the valley into the mountains of Snowdonia. This is a good central location for a holiday cottage in North Wales.

2 BEDROOMS: 1 with a double bed (compact around the bed) and one with a single bed with a pull out single bed that fills the room *only suitable for a child. Bed linen and towels are included. (Please state which beds you require when making the booking).
BATHROOM: P shaped bath with shower over the bath, HWB and WC.
KITCHEN: Modern fitted kitchen with electric hob and double oven, fridge/ice box, microwave,washing machine and dishwasher.
DINING ROOM: Through room off the kitchen.
LOUNGE: Attractive lounge with multi fuel stove in feature fire place, TV, DVD and CD player. French doors to patio and enclosed garden. Lounge has a sofa bed.   
GARDEN: Private enclosed patio garden to front and rear both with furniture.
PARKING: Ample parking to front (15' from the door).
HEATING: Gas central heating inclusive.
WiFi: No (many cafes & pubs in Porthmadog have WiFi).
FUEL FOR MULTIFUEL STOVE: This is not included but is available from the local shop.
PET: Maximum 1 pet or 2 small pets. (Pet charge is £20 per pet).
EXTRA: The stairs are narrower (23" wide) and a bit steeper than modern staircases.

A single £27 Booking Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the price shown. Bookings for 2 weeks will be eligible for a £27 Multi-week Saving. Please claim this in the 'Additional Information' box that appears during the booking process and we will adjust the total before deducting the money from your card.

We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
