Porthmadog has a variety of shops and good eating places, 2 narrow gauge railways with steam engines, a golf course, and museums. Must-do's in the area include Portmeirion village (4ml) , Cricieth , beaches and Castle (5ml), Beddgelert mountain village at the foot of Snowdon (8ml), Llanberis, lake, museums and train rides including a scenic trip up Snowdon. This is a good central location for a holiday property in North Wales .

ACCESS STATEMENT
Street Parking usually not too far from the front door. Access to the house is then by 2 easy rise steps to the front of the house (lounge and Dining room) and a single step down to the family room, kitchen and wc. All doorways are standard 2'6" Hallway too narrow for wheelchairs to manouver. All bedrooms, bathroom and en-suite shower room are upstairs. There is a small step/rise between the bedrooms at the front of the house (D, D+S+S, S) and the bathroom and rear bedrooms (D en-suite and S) Drive parking at the rear for one car with access to the rear via 5 steps to the garden and then 3 steps to the back door
