A very comfortable and convenient ground floor flat in the historic stone built Plas Ynys Tywyn just over the bridge from the harbour in Porthmadog . All the rooms are spacious and on the ground floor and there is private parking close to the front door making access easier. There is a large lawned garden and shared parking area outside which can be enclosed if the main gate is closed. Steam trains pass the short walk to the water front and lovely walks. Situated on Madog street which is just off the Highstreet it is very convenient to Porthmadog' s good variety of shops and eating places. Porthmadog is a good central location for the mountains of Snowdonia and the sandy beaches of Cardigan Bay. Snowdon and Beddgelert are 7 miles inland and the beautiful stretch of sandy beach at Black Rock Sands is 2mls. Portmeirion village is just 2mls accross the causeway for a relaxing day out and Cricieth town and castle just 5mls.
2 BEDROOMS : 1 large Bedroom with a Kingsize bed and en suite shower room and WC, 1 Double bedroom. Bed linen included. Please bring your own towels, or available to hire by arrangement . Single bed available by arrangement which can be put in an unused corridor off the lounge, if required (this facility is better described verbally!).
BATHROOM: Bath, WC and shower in a corner shower cubicle
LOUNGE /DINING ROOM: Comfortable and very spacious with Freeview Flatscreen TV and DVD.
KITCHEN: Modern fitted kitchen with electric hob and eye-level double oven, fridge /freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
GARDEN: Large open plan lawned garden with furniture. Grounds can be enclosed if the gates are closed. They normally are in the evenings.
PARKING: Private parking.
HEATING: Full gas central heating.

INTERNET: Internet access £20 registration charge.
PETS: Maximum of 2 well behaved dogs please.

MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
