The flat, "Crows' Nest", has superb birds' eye views overlooking the harbour, Glaslyn valley & Snowdonia from this most comfortable and exacting, single-floor flat. The flat has its own private access up a single flight of external stairs from the owner's rear floral garden and is discretely private. It is only a short walk to Porthmadog for excellent shopping and eating, leisure centre, steam train rides and museums. Sandy beaches at Morfa Bychan (2ml), Snowdonia mountains are as close as 5ml. Short walk to the shops and restaurants, cinema and leisure centre. Just around the corner is the little Ffestiniog Steam train station when you can enjoy a slow sedate train ride up the Snowdonia Valley. This is a good central location for a holiday property in North Wales .
2 BEDROOMS: 1 kingsize bedroom with amazing views and a TV and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed plus a TV and en-suite shower. Linen and Towels are not provided, but can be hired.

Access Statement
The Crow's nest has it's own private access via an external flight of steps that lead from the car park that has been constructed at the head of hill st just for crows nest patrons. the car park and access through the floral garden leading to the crows nest are illuminated by both wutomatic light sensors and ornimental lamps. The Crow's Nest accommodation is situated all on one floor, and due to its elevated location has breathtaking views that few other holiday homes can be compared to.
