"1074 provides a good standard of accommodation for 4 persons and is maintained to an overall very good standard of decor, furniture, and fitments. NO SMOKING: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A NO SMOKING Policy may form part of a Property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
