The flat has its own private access up a single flight of external stairs from the owner's rear floral garden and is discretely private. It is only a short walk to Porthmadog for excellent shopping and eating, leisure centre, steam train rides and museums. Sandy beaches at Morfa Bychan (2ml), Snowdonia mountains are as close as 5ml, Beddgelert and Snowdon (7ml), Cricieth Castle (5ml). Favourite attractions locally include Portmeirion village and gardens. Short walk to the shops and restaurants, cinema and leisure centre. Just around the corner is the little Ffestiniog Steam train station when you can enjoy a slow sedate train ride up the Snowdonia Valley. This is a good central location for a holiday property in North Wales .
