"A 200 year old property tucked away above the village of Penrhydeudraeth and approached over the narrow guage railway close to the village station. House and grounds are generally very well maintained and presented with ample parking to front of house.
Furniture is a mix of built in plus traditional and more modern, carpet, beds and bedding are to an overall excellent standard. Decor is plain emulsion with added wall prints etc."

A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A NO SMOKING Policy may form part of a Property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
