You could forget using the car here if it was not for the tempting and abundant scenic beauty which surrounds Porthmadog. This is where the dramatic splendour of Snowdonia meets the gentler countryside and sandy beaches of the Lleyn Peninsula. Portmeirion italinate village is a healthy 3 mile walk across the quay-side (or 10 mins by car), Black Rock Sands 2ml where driving onto the beach is permitted. Beddgelert village at the foot of Snowdon is just 7ml, Cricieth beaches, dominated by its castle are 5ml.

FAQ
The property is not on the road side, although you can see the road from the lounge windows. There is another property behind and to the right with a high wall between the pavement and the patio area.
The area outside the patio doors is not a public walkway.
