This attractive, modern terraced house is one of a select few around the private village green in this pretty seaside village situated just a minutes walk from the bay at Borth y Gest . The accommodation is very homely and comfortable and has been attractively decorated and furnished. The attention to the smallest details ensures a most comfortable stay for the most discerning client. There is a sloping open plan lawn to the front and a private 'suntrap' patio to the rear. Tea rooms, restaurant and coastal footpaths to sandy coves, golf course and further on to Cricieth are within 2 mins walk. The harbour town of Porthmadog is a 15 min walk or 3 mins by car to enjoy the steam trains, shops and restaurants. Snowdon and other lofty peaks of the Snowdonia National Park are only 10 miles inland to tour around or to walk. Many famous attractions nearby include Portmeirion village (3ml), Ffestiniog Railway (2ml), Harlech Castle (10ml) and Slate Caverns (15ml).

Number 40 was built in 1978 and recently renovated to afford a well equipped two-storey Cottage

The Cottage can be approached from the front or the rear of the property. A reserved carpark is at the rear and luggage can be unloaded there, and a flat walk of some 30metres gives access through the Patio door.

Access to the front door is by a stepped [9] pathway to the front doorstep, and access to the Patio door is also by a doorstep.  Both these external doors and the stairs are not  wide enough to take a wheelchair

From the front door, the Hall leads into a Kitchen/Diner, Lounge, and Showeroom/Toilet.  The Lounge exits to the Patio door

Up a flight of stairs [13] there are three Bedrooms [two Doubles and one Single], all with built-in wardrobes/cupboards, and a Bathroom/Toilet

The property is well-lit throughout, with light switches and power points at sensible heights

There is good mobile phone coverage on most networks.
