This is on the side of the estuary with a pleasant view up the Glaslyn river valley, the magnificent Snowdonia mountains and the occasional little Ffestiniog Railway steam train. The extremely comfortable living quarters, one bedroom and shower room are all on the ground floor with patio doors from the lounge area to a covered open plan patio. Short walk to the shops and restaurants, cinema and leisure centre. Just around the corner is the little Ffestiniog Steam train station when you can enjoy a sedate train ride up the Snowdonia Valley .Excellent property in Snowdonia North Wales for touring, walking, exploring and for relaxing on a sandy beaches. Easy access to sandy beaches at Borth y Gest 15 min walk and Morfa Bychan Black Rock Sands . Snowdon and the pretty village of Beddgelert are 7 miles , Portmeirion village , prestigious hotel and gardens 2miles. Caernarfon, Cricieth, Harlech are just a few of the castle in the area.

The designated parking is suitable for one vehicle and is in a well-lit area just 10yds from the property. Access to the flat is up one concrete step. The flat has a standard size solid wood front door leading into a compact hall area. From this area there are doors to the bathroom, bedroom and the open plan living area with galley kitchen. From the living area there is a sliding patio door to the patio which is down one step.
There is good lighting throughout the property with both a ceiling light and a lamp in the living area, a strip light in the kitchen area and spotlights and matching bedside lamps in the bedroom.
The shower room has a corner shower cubicle and electric shower, hand basin and WC. Again there is good light with a ceiling light and shaving socket and light.
The flat is quite compact and not suitable for wheelchairs
