This apartment occupies the first and second floor with access to the front door via a flight of stairs. A particular improvement is the separate fitted kitchen/breakfast room with all modern conveniences, and the extended lounge with access on to the balcony for views across the causeway, mountains and Ffestiniog Railway . Short walk to the shops and restaurants, cinema and leisure centre. Just around the corner is the little Ffestiniog Steam train station when you can enjoy a sedate train ride up the Snowdonia Valley. This is a good central location for a holiday property in North Wales. Easy access to sandy beaches at Borth y Gest 15 min walk and Morfa Bychan Black Rock Sands 2ml. Snowdon and the pretty village of Beddgelert are 7mls. Portmeirion village, prestigious hotel and gardens are 2 miles. Cricieth, Harlech and Caernarfon are just a few of the castles in the area.

"This apartment continues to provide a good standard of accommodation for two people, with views over the Festiniog Railway station, causway and Mountains." Overall Quality Percentage: 66% (07/12/2011) - However no Visit Wales grade was awarded because the night storage heater is outside the bathroom. STS however have not had any complaints from  customers to say the bathroom is cold.

A single £27 Booking Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the price shown. Bookings for 2 weeks will be eligible for a £27 Multiweek Saving. Please claim this in the 'Additional information' box that appears during the booking process and we will adjust the total before deducting the money from your card. We strongly recommend that you take our cancellation protection (See Terms & Conditions ), this has already been selected for you when you book. Simply deselect them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover. Pet Charge £20

NO SMOKING: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A NO SMOKING Policy may form part of a Property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
