Short walk to the shops and restaurants, cinema and leisure centre. Just around the corner is the little Ffestiniog Steam train station when you can enjoy a sedate train ride up the Snowdonia Valley. This is a good central location for a holiday property in North Wales. Easy access to sandy beaches at Borth y Gest 15 min walk and Morfa Bychan Black Rock Sands 2ml. Snowdon and the pretty village of Beddgelert are 7mls. Portmeirion village , prestigious hotel and gardens are 2 miles. Cricieth, Harlech and Caernarfon are just a few of the castles in the area.

ACCESS STATEMENT: This property is a first and second floor apartment with parking space on the ground floor level 10m from the foot of the stairs. The stairs are open tread in style with banistairs on both sides and there are 14 steps up to the concrete landing. The front door is on the landing and is of standard width as are all the doors in the apartment. The lounge and the kitchen are both on the first floor with an internal fight of 13 steps up to the 2nd floor level which has a bedroom and shower room.
