Porthmadog High Street the Ffestiniog Railway steam train station and the wonderful wetlands walk are just a few minutes away. Portmeirion village, Harlech castle and the mountain resort of Beddgelert are within a 10 - 30 minute drive through unrivalled scenery. Good central location. This property is a duplex apartment occupying first & second floor on South Snowdon Wharf harbour side development. All areas are presented to a very good standard. The bathroom is a very modern facility on the second floor, the master bedroom is nicely fitted out and enjoys same views as the lounge. The modern fitted kitchen and facilities are well presented but due to space restrictions unable to fit in a washing machine. Like most of the apartments in South Snowdon Wharf this restricts rating to 3 star when in fact the quality is to 4 star standard Overall Quality Percentage: 77.71%
