This is a South Snowdon Wharf villa situated on the popular seaward side of this select development in Porthmadog . It is most comfortably presented with views through the full length picture window on the estuary and of Ballast Island. There is a choice of shops, restaurants and scenic walks within a 5 minute walk. Wildlife and railway enthusiasts enjoy this location equally as it is situated near the Ffestiniog Railway station, where steam trains cross the wet lands that attract so many migrant and domestic wild fowl, including an Osprey family. Porthmadog is an excellent all round location with sandy beaches and mountains so close at hand.
2 BEDROOMS: One room with two single beds and one with 4' large single with access only from one side, both downstairs. Only Bed linen provided, please bring your own towels & tea towels.
KITCHEN/LIVINGROOM : Living room including a galley kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave; and a lounge area with tv DVD and patio doors to a sunny sundeck with furniture and estuary views.
