This attractive ground floor harbour-side flat occupies a prime position on South Snowdon Wharf, Porthmadog. It is furnished to a high standard throughout and has the most tranquil of southerly views of the estuary, Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland railway and Snowdonia mountains from the living room and one bedroom. Excellent position for bird watching or train spotting whilst relaxing. Easy walking to the town for shops, restaurants, cafes and leisure centre.  The Ffestiniog Railway station is just around the corner for a slow scenic ride up the Snowdonia valley. This is a good central location for a family holiday property in North Wales. Easy access to sandy beaches at Borth y Gest, 15 min walk and the golden beaches of Black Rock Sands are only around the headland (2mls by car). Snowdonand the pretty village of Beddgelert is 7 miles, Portmeirion village, prestigious hotel and gardens are 2 miles. Criccieth, Caernarfon and Harlechare just a few of the castles in the area.
