This prestigious split level, villa which is bigger than it looks,in its own private grounds within the scenic and serene Portmeirion Conservation Area, is conveniently located 2ml from the seaside/mountain resort of Porthmadog in the Snowdonia National Park. Pleasantly situated within walking distance of the tidal estuary foreshore, Minffordd village, Ffestiniog Railway station and the world renowned Sir Clough Williams-Ellis' artistic village and gardens of Portmeirion . The villa enjoys a camera obscura of the Snowdonia mountains and the tidal Dwyryd estuary from all main rooms. Leisure centre 2 ml. Beddgelert (8ml). Harlech castle town with theatre 6ml. Inn 1ml, Footpath to the estuary shore 500m, Station1km. Easy access along a 100m unsurfaced road. This is an excellent location for a holiday property in North Wales.

Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and a cot or 2'6" bed suitable for a small child only, 19" TV/DVD/I-Pod Docking Station, with en-suite shower room. We strongly recommend that you take our cancellation protection (See Terms & Conditions ), this has already been selected for you when you book. MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
