ACCESS STATEMENT
Ground floor appartment with 7" step into the property through a standard width door. There are two french doors into 1)the kitchen 2)the lounge. The floors are laminated and it is considered that there is not enough room for a wheel chair.
There is a shower over the bath and a grab rail is planned (please call the STS office on 01766 513829 if this is required).
Parking is in an allocated space 20m from the front door. Surface is tarmac with pebbles to the front door.
