This listed cottage overlooking the harbour was the home of a ships captain in times gone by. Situated in a most select area with views across the harbour to the mountains beyond. Ideally located only a five minute walk from the tourist and craft shops. Comfortably furnished this spacious cottage offers an ideal holiday home in Snowdonia North Wales for extended family groups. Beaches 1ml , Beddgelert and Snowdonia mountains 6 ml.
3 BEDROOMS: 1 double and 1 bedroom with 2 singles, both with hand wash basin, plus one studio room with 3 single beds on the second floor. Linen and towels NOT included but available to hire.
BATHROOM: Bath, WC and drencher shower over the bath
KITCHEN/DINER: Fitted units, fridge, electric hob and oven, microwave and Washing machine.
LOUNGE: FreeviewTV, VCR, X-box360 (guests to bring their own games) and feature inglenook fireplace housing a solid fuel stove.
GARDEN: No garden, just a small yard at the back of the house.
PARKING: Street parking or free parking nearby.
HEATING: Gas central heating.
ELECTRICITY & GAS: ALL INCLUSIVE JUNE TO SEPTEMBER
Unfotunately the woodburning stove in this property is currently not available for use.
PETS accepted, but please note there is only a small yard to the back, although there is a public grassed area on the quayside for the dog's convenience, but please be considerate and scoop the poop!
