GARDEN: Enclosed patio to the rear and open plan lawns to the front.
PARKING: Space for 2 cars maximum approximately 20m from property.
HEATING: Electric panel heating.
ELECTRICITY: A typical week's usage is £15. Up to £15 of electricity is free. More than this is extra and charged by meter reading at the electricity company's standard rate.
EXTRAS: No smoking in the property, please.
PET: Maximum 2 pets.

NO SMOKING: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A NO SMOKING Policy may form part of a Property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
